1. Digital Nature of Goods

All products sold on our Website are digital virtual items for the game Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), delivered via Steam Trade. By purchasing from us, you agree that:

  • You are purchasing a non-physical digital asset
  • The product is considered delivered once it has been sent to your provided Steam Trade URL and you have accepted it in Steam

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You did not receive your purchased item within 24 hours of completing payment
  • You received the wrong item (i.e., a different skin or item than what you ordered)
  • There was a technical error during delivery that resulted in a failed or invalid trade

In such cases, we will either:

  • Attempt redelivery of the correct item, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

3. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • You provided an incorrect or invalid Steam Trade URL and the item was successfully delivered to it
  • You have already accepted the correct item in Steam
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You attempt to reverse the transaction through your payment provider without contacting us first
  • Your Steam account has trade restrictions, inventory limits, or bot-blocks that prevent delivery

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by Valve, Steam downtime, or account-level restrictions.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@skineticzone.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your Steam ID or Steam profile link
  • Your Steam Trade URL
  • A description of the issue and any relevant screenshots

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase. We aim to respond to refund inquiries within 1-2 business days.

5. Chargebacks and Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us will result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Ban from future purchases
  • Reporting the incident to the payment processor and Steam/Valve (if appropriate)

We reserve the right to take legal action in cases of fraudulent activity.

6. Exceptions and Discretion

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund for other reasons not listed above, especially in cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Critical technical failures on our platform
  • Verified delivery failures despite correct user information
