  6. Receive your items through an automated or manual Steam trade

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes.

6. Delivery of Items

Delivery is initiated once payment is successfully processed and a valid Steam Trade URL is provided.

  • You must accept the trade offer on your Steam account to complete the transaction.
  • Failure to accept the trade within the Steam time window may cancel the delivery.

7. Ownership and Risk

Upon successful delivery of the skin(s) to your Steam account, you are considered the sole owner. We do not take responsibility for actions you take after delivery, including selling, trading, or deleting the item.

All items are digital goods. You understand and agree that no physical products are sold or shipped.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the website
  • Use bots or automated systems to purchase items
  • Abuse or manipulate the system for personal gain

  • Submit fraudulent payment or chargebacks

Violations may lead to account termination and legal action.

9. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • The item was not delivered within 24 hours and no valid trade offer was received
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item was never accepted on Steam and is still in our possession

To request a refund, email support@skineticzone.com within 48 hours of the issue, providing your SteamID, order number, and a description of the problem.

Refunds are not issued if:

  • You accepted the correct item
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You entered the wrong Steam Trade URL and the item was sent

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Website and services “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, or that all services will be error-free or always available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Depoga Systems Limited will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of virtual items after delivery
  • Loss caused by your misuse of Steam or the item

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction.
